Six rigged trucks, two warehouses, and Graco Reactor, King and Dura-Max spray equipment. Nothing rented, nothing subcontracted, nothing waiting on someone else's schedule.
The top of Graco's proportioner line. Heated, metered and monitored, so every pass comes out of the gun on ratio.
Roofing-grade closed-cell spray foam at 2.8 to 3.2 lb density, stocked in our own warehouses.
Rigged trucks, trailers, service vans and two warehouses. When your job starts, the gear is already loaded.

Our rigs, spray equipment, and a crew that's been with us for 20+ years let us mobilize anywhere in Florida and spray hundreds of thousands of square feet — fast, clean, and to spec.
Most roofing contractors do not publish their equipment list, because for most of them the honest version is a phone number for a rental yard and a relationship with a spray sub. When the sub is busy, the job waits. When the rented proportioner goes down mid-application, the job waits.
We own ours. That is the whole argument, and it is worth more on a commercial schedule than any marketing claim we could make.
Six trucks rigged and ready to spray, plus dump trucks for tear-off and debris, and service and repair vans for maintenance calls and leak response. A rig does not get built the week your job starts — it is already built, already loaded, already in the yard.
Graco Reactor proportioners, Graco King pumps and Dura-Max equipment. These are the machines the foam and coating manufacturers specify, run at the temperatures and pressures the material data sheets call for.
The lead rig runs a Graco Reactor 3 H-50 Elite, the top of Graco's proportioner line, and it sprays NCFI roofing foam at 2.8 to 3.2 lb density. That is the density range built for roofs: hard enough to walk on, closed-cell so it sheds water, and stocked in our own warehouses so a job never waits on a delivery.
Spray foam is unforgiving about this. Get the A-side and B-side temperatures or the pressure balance wrong and the foam that comes out looks fine and performs badly — off-ratio, brittle, and failing years before it should. Proper equipment in the hands of people who have run it for two decades is not a luxury on an SPF job. It is the job.
Both stocked with 55-gallon drums of foam and coating, plus spare machines, guns, hose and parts. When a manufacturer has a lead time or a hurricane empties the supply chain, we are pulling from our own inventory instead of joining a queue.
After a major storm this is the difference between a crew on your roof next week and a crew on your roof next quarter.
Our spray foam crew has worked together for more than twenty years, as salaried employees. Not day labour, not a rotating subcontractor list, not whoever the staffing agency sent.
On a spray application that is the variable that decides how the roof performs in year fifteen. The equipment can be bought. The twenty years cannot.
