The toughest approval standard in the country, and the building stock to match — warehouses in Doral and Hialeah, oceanfront towers on the beach.
Miami-Dade writes the strictest roofing product approval standard in the United States. A Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance is referenced by jurisdictions well outside Florida precisely because passing it is hard. If a product carries a current NOA for your assembly, it has been tested against wind uplift and impact criteria that most of the country never contemplates.
This matters when you are comparing bids. Two contractors can quote what sounds like the same silicone system, and only one of them can produce the NOA covering the assembly as installed on your deck. Ask for it. We will hand ours over before you ask.
The county's commercial inventory splits hard. West of the turnpike it is distribution and light industrial — big, flat, hot, expensive to cool, and ideal for foam because the continuous insulation pays for itself in HVAC runtime. On the barrier island it is high-rise, where access, staging and salt exposure dominate every decision.
Both are restoration candidates. Neither needs to close.
The same salaried spray foam crew runs every job — the same people who have worked together for more than twenty years, not a rotating subcontractor list.
The strictest product approval in the country. Ask any bidder for the NOA covering your specific assembly — not a generic product sheet.
Miami-Dade is High Velocity Hurricane Zone. Fully adhered foam has no fasteners to back out and no seams to peel.
Doral and Hialeah warehouses run enormous cooling bills. SPF adds R-6.5 to R-7 per inch of continuous insulation with no thermal bridging.
Oceanfront towers need planned staging and material handling. Our own rigs and crews, not a staffing agency.

Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Brevard counties — the stretch of coast that takes a direct hit more often than anywhere else in the state.
Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties — a coast still working through roofs that were patched after the last big storm instead of fixed.
Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the industrial corridor inland. We mobilise a full rig and crew rather than subbing the work out.
