By using roofkingus.com, submitting a form, or opting in to messages from Roof King, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our messaging program.

Our program is called Roof King Customer Notifications.

You can opt in by ticking the text message box on our free assessment form, or by giving a Roof King representative verbal or written permission. Opting in is optional and is never required to request an assessment or to become a customer.

Transactional messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and scheduling changes
• Crew arrival notices
• Inspection and moisture survey results
• Estimate and invoice notifications
• Warranty and maintenance reminders

Marketing messages may include seasonal maintenance offers, storm-response availability, and promotions. You receive these only if you separately opted in to marketing messages.

Message frequency may vary; most recipients receive fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Roof King does not charge for these messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

By providing your telephone number and opting in, you consent to receive communications from Roof King and its authorized partners at that number, including autodialed calls, pre-recorded or artificial-voice messages, AI-assisted calls, and text messages (SMS and MMS), including to a wireless number. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase. Separate express written consent will be obtained for telemarketing calls where required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by calling 954-782-3002.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel work in progress and does not stop us from contacting you by email or phone about your project.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network conditions outside our control.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos, and project imagery, is owned by Roof King or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use it commercially without written permission, and you may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

• A free roof assessment is an informational service, not a binding contract.
• Any pricing discussed is an estimate until a written proposal is signed by both parties.
• Suitability for restoration depends on the moisture content of the existing assembly and requires a third-party moisture reading and engineering review.
• Performance, lifespan, and energy-savings figures on this site are general industry information, not a warranty or guarantee of results on your building.
• Any tax or incentive information is general in nature and is not tax advice; consult your CPA.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Roof King is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits the warranty or performance obligations set out in a signed contract with Roof King.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida.

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site or the messaging program means you accept the current version.
