Our shop is in Pompano Beach, which makes Broward our home county. Trucks leave the yard and are on most Broward roofs inside thirty minutes.
Broward sits inside Florida's High Velocity Hurricane Zone. That is not marketing language — it is a section of the Florida Building Code that applies only to Broward and Miami-Dade, and it governs uplift resistance, fastening, and product approval on every commercial roof in the county. Assemblies that pass elsewhere in Florida are not automatically permitted here.
It shapes what we recommend. Spray polyurethane foam is fully adhered across the entire deck with no fasteners and no seams, so there is no mechanical attachment to back out and no lap for wind to catch. On a county-wide basis that is the single biggest reason foam and silicone restoration keeps winning against membrane tear-offs in Broward.
The other Broward reality is occupancy. Much of the commercial stock here — strip retail, medical plazas, distribution and light industrial along the I-95 and Powerline corridors — cannot close for a tear-off. Restoration is done over the existing roof, from above, while the business underneath stays open.
The same salaried spray foam crew runs every job — the same people who have worked together for more than twenty years, not a rotating subcontractor list.
Broward is inside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone. Assemblies need approval for this zone specifically, and we quote to it.
Chloride exposure attacks fasteners and metal edge detail. A seamless coating has no fasteners at the membrane to corrode.
Foam is sprayed in varying thickness, so low areas can be built up to drain instead of holding water until the next storm.
Retail, medical and industrial tenants stay open. No tear-off means no interior exposure and no shutdown.

This is our home town. The shop, the warehouse and the equipment yard are on NW 18th Street, a few minutes from most commercial roofs in the city.

Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Brevard counties — the stretch of coast that takes a direct hit more often than anywhere else in the state.
Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties — a coast still working through roofs that were patched after the last big storm instead of fixed.
